Trinity offers many human service programs to the community:
LIHEAP
A CEDA authorized site for assistance on utility bills and energy payments
To apply you will need a current light and gas bill, proof of income for the previous 30 days of application date, social security card for each person in the household, and a picture ID for the head of household.
WEATHERIZATION
All documents required for LIHEAP in addition to a current property tax bill for the property owner.
There is also assistance for individuals whose utilities are included in their rent, and for property rental individuals. Call the site for additional information; 773-768-9645

Client assistance for completion of your circuit breaker online.
PROPERTY TAX ASSISTANCE
Assistance with completing your senior freeze, exemption application, and also certificate of errors for previous tax overpayment refunds.
SENIOR CITY WATER EXEMPTIONS
Help with the completion of city exemptions forms for water bill discounts for seniors 65 and over.
